I dunno, but I was telling him about that, and then the miles thing on Earth.. then the miles thing wrecking Derse.. then all of us dying at least once.. we're pretty fucked.

It's why I wish we could all be here instead. I mean, the chances of not sucking and dying seem a little better.

I know. Instead of the odds being ever stacked against us, for once they seem to be in our favor. The Mongols were hardly a challenge, and we were able to aptly defend the city against the monsters too. Our victory might not be assured, but at least possible and not entirely glitched into oblivion.

Pretty much. At least we have more of a chance here, right? I just don't get it when so many people complain about being here, but then again I guess they just got luckily enough to grow up and live somewhere that wasn't shit. Or the shit stuff hadn't happened yet.

I guess it's the same for any race. Some people are can just be really, really cruel, whereas other's are not so bad.

I sleepwalked on Derse, I didn't actually wake up until I died on Earth. But no, I knew the chess dudes since I lived with them?

I mean- I lived in a colony, it was just me and a load of them. I guess the Batterwitch moved them there or something, I don't know. I always felt sorry for them though.
