Ooh! Hell yeah let's talk about shopping! So have you bought anything cool recently? I haven't, but I'm starting to try and save up my money so I can buy people things for Christmas, since that's coming up soon.

Mostly fabric. With the masquerade I've had to put my pillow purchasing initiative on hold...

We had Twelfth Perigee's Eve. I miss it enough to participate in the closest equivalent.

Now that she's living a rainbow drinker novel she's not sure if she wants more... though it's a pale one and the other quadrants are regrettably lacking in her collection as it now stands, in either sense. At the same time she's seen how Earth books don't entirely reflect her preferences and - well, how exactly does one articulate that she's a lesbian vampire when she's also an alien?]

Man I wish I got to see Prospit. It sounded so much nicer, like I all I got to really see was Derse on fire and a bunch of blood, kinda leaves a bad impression on you.

...until the demon set it on fire. But while it lasted at least.

Someone set yours on fire too? That sucks. I don't miss it much though, I'll be happy at never having to set foot there again.

Me too. Like.. if my friends were here? I think I'd just want to.. stay here. Everyone complains about how horrible it is but I dunno, it's tons better than my house on Earth? Which is sort of sad.

There's no Empress, or game trying to screw us over.

Nobody's getting culled. If we play our cards right, nobody even has to backstab or doublecross each other.

Meenah doesn't fit in. Maybe she'll be dismissed by the Initiative. With luck that's what will happen and we trolls who hail from the same generation might be left to our own devices.
