Oh well, enough of that. What about you? What've you been doing all this time? Just keep up with the bar? You're not really the fighting or research sort, are you?

Yeah been running the bar, and checking up on people. That's more my sort of thing, really. I don't really like fighting or anything like that, even if I end up doing it a lot it seems.

I think we sort of end up doing a lot of things we're not really suited for around here. It probably shouldn't surprise us by now.

Sure as heck seems to be working for right now at the very least. Honestly, if it weren't for this whole war and the annoying gods, I think I'd actually like this place a little. It's... been interesting.

It's not so bad. I mean I like the city itself, and the people in it. Just not the Nazis that run it.

Freyr was ... ok. I didn't hate him quite as much, and I guess Freya might have been decent. The rest could suck a railroad spike on principle. Baldr can suck a rusty one.

Haha, yeah. I spoke to him on the network recently, I told him I had no fucks left to offer him. He was sorta pissed off, it was funny.

He's easy to rile up, if you know how. The boy makes the occasional point, but really. He's just a dick about it all. At least Loki will talk to you.

[She took another sip and then laughed, leaning over on the counter with an elbow. It was time to try something she had heard girls did all the time. She really wasn't used to the idea of it.]

Ok, so you know almost half this city. I've never done much gossip. You got any good stories to get our minds off asshole gods?

Not really, actually. I mean aside from the usual, who's left, who's come back.. What with the recent fights and stuff I don't really think I've heard anything interesting?

[And the world wasn't going to explode into DRAMA for about two days.

She chuckled and shrugged.]

That's fine. I've just never really done much with that myself. I'm still surprised some folks are thinking of getting married while they're stuck here. I guess it makes sense, though. it gets pretty emotional with all the fighting.
